Open in Safari → tap the Share button (□↑) → select "Add to Home Screen" → tap Add.

Open in Chrome → tap the ⋮ menu → select "Add to Home Screen" or tap the Install banner.

Open in Chrome or Edge → click the ⊕ icon in the address bar → click Install. Also enables live notifications!
